We are 100% New Zealand-owned and operated and a proud member of the Talley’s Group; New Zealand’s leading exporter of meat, dairy, seafood, and vegetable products.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team at our Head Office in Horotiu and help turn data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with operations, finance, sales and supply chain teams to analyse performance, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse production, yield, and quality data across multiple processing sites
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
  • Support forecasting and optimisation projects using statistical and machine learning techniques
  • Ensure data accuracy and contribute to continuous improvement in data governance

QualificationsWhat you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or logistics
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI)
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for solving real-world business problems
