Colliers is seeking a motivated and strategic Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team in Christchurch.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-known global brand, managing a dynamic portfolio of commercial and retail properties. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, driving strategic outcomes, and contributing to sustainability and innovation across property operations.What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio
Building strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Leading strategic planning and lifecycle analysis for assets
Managing lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy compliance
Collaborating with internal teams across leasing, marketing, facilities, and finance
Supporting ESG initiatives and sustainability goals
Preparing budgets, financial reports, and client communications

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Proven experience in property management, ideally across both retail and commercial sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
