As well as providing Ambulance Services, our programmes and team of over 11,000 staff and volunteers are helping to build strong, resilient communities across the motu; supporting everyone in Aotearoa to live healthier, happier and longer lives.Job DescriptionHe aha te tūranga - About the role:This is an exciting opportunity for a responsible, experienced, and reliable driver to join the Hato Hone St John Retail team, delivering pre-loved goods within Christchurch and helping to fund our essential, lifesaving services and community initiatives. You will be working 5 days a week, averaging 6 hours each day for a total of 30 hours per week.As a store driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe movement of stock between locations to support store activities and sales. You will maintain the organisation and cleanliness of the storeroom and van, identify any items unsuitable for sale in conjunction with the Store Managers, and arrange for repairs or disposal in accordance with responsible waste disposal methods.QualificationsKo wai koe - About you:To be successful in this role, you will have:

A full, clean, New Zealand driver's licence
A good level of physical fitness, be able to lift and move big furniture
Effective time management, prioritisation and organisation skills
Flexibility and a willingness to do what is needed to fulfill the role's requirements
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Strong teamwork skills
Experience and or training in testing and tagging electrical equipment - an advantage but not essential
