With streetscape, drainage, minor and large-scale civil projects on the horizon we have a growing team with many opportunities. We're after a Project Manager to join our team and help lead and mentor our operational and supervisory crews. You will be optimising resource use, delivering for our clients and achieving targeted results. Don't miss out on this role where you can make your mark!As Project Manager you will provide leadership and direction across the construction project team which include Engineers, Supervisors, Forepersons, Administration and Sub-contracting staff, providing the link between the frontline workforce, our customers, and the communities we live in.Day to day you will be involved in:

Managing project budgets and financial project reporting
Managing resources including staff, plant, suppliers, subcontractors, and materials
Supporting and mentoring the project team
Ensuring commitment to zero harm, HSE and environmental compliance
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with staff, customers, stakeholders

Nga pūkenga matua | Important SkillsYou will be an experienced Project Manager; you'll know and understand the construction industry and all the challenges and opportunities that it brings. You'll couple this with:

Experience and understanding of financial management, budget management and reporting
Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and influence at all levels
Robust ability to develop positive relationships with, and obtain co-operation from clients, internal and external delivery teams
A proven track record in developing a culture that supports Zero Harm management, encouraging and rewarding excellence
Proven experience in delivering complex construction, maintenance, and operational services, preferably from construction and roading sectors
