As a Project Manager you will provide leadership and direction across the construction project team which include Engineers, Supervisors, Forepersons, Administration and Sub-contracting staff, providing the link between the frontline workforce, our customers, and the communities we live in.About you
You'll come with experience Managing Teams and Projects in the Civil Industry, you will hold either a formal civil engineering or project management qualification (e.g. BE, NZCE). You'll also bring with you
- Experience and understanding of financial management, budget management and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and influence at all levels
- Robust ability to develop positive relationships with, and obtain co-operation from clients, internal and external delivery teams
- A proven track record in developing a culture that supports Zero Harm management, encouraging and rewarding excellence
- Proven experience in delivering complex construction, maintenance, and operational services, preferably from construction and roading sectors
