- Using your Salesforce expertise to design and build innovative solutions that maximise our client’s investment in the Salesforce platform and accelerate their realisation of business value.
- Role-modelling and ensuring alignment to best practices across all aspects of an implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, build, test and release.
- Proactively supporting team members to resolve issues, clarify needs and gather feedback on solutions.
- Participating in and facilitating workshops and assisting with backlog refinement/user story creation.
- Provide inputs into delivery-related planning activities and be able to identify and flag assumptions, dependencies, risks and issues, assisting your broader project leadership team to effectively steer the project towards success.
- Mentor, inspire, and motivate team members to uplift capability, produce high quality outcomes and output that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Showing your passion for learning and keeping abreast of Salesforce innovations and new capabilities through the attainment of Salesforce certifications and relevant learning opportunities.
- Acting as a multiplier, you will contribute to learning initiatives, and boldly share your passion, skills and experience with the wider team.
- Actively participate in and contribute to the social fabric of the Auckland office.
- Demonstrable expertise and experience as a Senior or Lead Functional Consultant implementing solutions in at least one of the following areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
- Experience working in either a consulting or professional Services firm, or a vendor/customer style environment.
- Experience with an Industry Cloud, and/or in a multi cloud environment would be highly beneficial.
- Experience implementing Salesforce leveraging the principles of human-centred design, usability and accessibility.
- Supporting presales activities that could include business case development, RFP responses, pitches and demos.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills that allow you to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Business analysis and critical thinking skills to diagnose problems with users, create solutions and documentation.
- Knowledge/experience in DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines will be beneficial.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications and tertiary qualifications.
