- Lead marketing strategy and execution for residential real estate projects, from concept to launch.
- Act as a primary client contact, managing weekly communications and campaign updates.
- Develop compelling pitch documents and presentations under tight deadlines.
- Coordinate digital and print media campaigns, on-site display suites, and event activations.
- Provide clear guidance to clients on marketing requirements and associated costs.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Executive for campaign support and execution.
- Contribute to a wide variety of project tasks with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Proven experience in residential real estate marketing, or exceptional experience in a comparable real estate field.
- Background in either client-side or agency-side marketing.
- Strong grasp of marketing principles, especially in launching new property developments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools for document creation and presentation.
- Experience with event planning and execution is a plus.
