Some of your key responsibilities will include:Being the first point of contact either onsite or by phone, ticketing system or email re staff IT issuesTroubleshooting and helping staff get ahead with best practices, and productivity tipsProviding training on existing and new hardware and applicationsSupporting and delivering technology tasksManaging documentation and continuous improvement of knowledge base for NZiT staff as well as customersAfter hours support on a rostered basisNgā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experienceAs a frontline and onsite contact in our PwC Wellington office, we are seeking an individual who can bring their passion for technology along with their exceptional customer service skills, to provide a great experience to our staff.
