About the Role
As part of our Distribution Wellington team, you will:Provide first-response IT support to local usersLog, track, and escalate IT issues as requiredManage and report on user requests and system enhancementsCoordinate system updates, development, and implementationAnalyse performance data and business information to support decision-makingIdentify and promote opportunities for IT process improvementEducate and support staff as the local “super-user” while maintaining IT documentationEnsure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements in all IT practicesQualifications and Skills
We are looking for someone with:A relevant tertiary qualification in IT, business, or equivalent experienceProven hands-on IT support experience in a similar roleStrong data analysis and reporting capabilitiesProficiency with software and database programsExcellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across diverse teamsA methodical approach with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skillsFlexibility to support a 24/7 operational environment when requiredHow to applyIf you like the sound of what we're offering and think you are the right person for the job, we'd love to hear from you.
