Kia mahi ngātahi mō Pōneke mō tōna āpōpō | Working together for Wellington's futureĀu ake mahi | What you'll doWe're on the lookout for a Project Coordinator/Programme Support Analyst to join our Major Capital Projects team.You will be supporting the delivery of safe, healthy, and sustainable housing as part of phase two of the Housing Upgrade Programme (HUP2). The HUP2 is focused on improving the quality of social housing across Pōneke, whilst helping sustain tenancies that are safe, healthy and stable.Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Coordinating project activities, resources, equipment and information.
  • Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data related to the programme and presenting feedback to the wider team.
  • Providing administrative support to the programme including responsibility for meeting agendas, materials, and catering.
  • Identifying potential project risks and issues and escalating as appropriate.
This is a unique role that covers both project coordination and programme analysis work and will suit someone who has that analytical mind and has worked with data before. If that is you, we'd love to hear from you!Ngā tohu me ngā wheako | Qualifications and experience
  • Qualification in Project Coordination / Management or Finance / Data Analytics / Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant role.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in simultaneous supporting of multiple projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time keeping skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience with Power BI would be advantageous.
