- Acting as the key point of contact for project support and information.
- Providing financial management support, including forecasting, invoicing, accruals, and variance reporting.
- Monitoring and analysing reports and metrics to support effective project management.
- Driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Proven experience in a project or programme coordination role.
- Strong financial acumen and familiarity with financial management systems.
- Analytical skills to assess issues and identify exceptions.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including project, Excel and Office 365. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot (or a willingness to learn) is desirable.
- Exceptional organisational, coordination, and administrative abilities to ensure our projects run smoothly.
- Experience in documenting business processes, procedures, or training materials.
- Project Management Certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
