- Administration or coordination experience - ideally previous experience in a similar role, or entry-level experience in healthcare, customer service, or medical reception with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Technical skills - confidence with Excel, and bonus points for familiarity with platforms like Gensolve, OneHub/Provida, or Workspaces.
- Strong communication - clear, professional written and verbal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across a tight-knit, collaborative team.
- Adaptability and agility - thrive in a fast-paced environment where you'll juggle multiple priorities and projects with ease.
