This position focuses on empowering clients to reach their personal goals and aspirations through evidence-based clinical interventions, professional guidance, and coaching.
  • Permanent full-time role available
  • Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
  • Shift hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm and 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Responsibilities
  • Apply clinical expertise to ensure the safe and effective delivery of services to clients
  • Evaluate and manage potential and actual risks to clients, ensuring thorough documentation, reporting, and communication
  • Manage client records from entry to exit, including conducting Client Pathway assessments and Support Needs Assessments
  • Provide clients with the information they need to make informed decisions
Skills & Experience
  • Full registration with SWRB, DAPAANZ or NZAC + current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in the Mental Health/AO sectors (preferred)
  • Proven experience and knowledge in developing personalised care plans
  • A valid full driver's licence and permanent working rights in New Zealand
