As our business has grown to meet the post-COVID demand for travel, we need additional support for our broader People function and wider business. This is a great opportunity to take your HR career to the next level and work in a challenging and agile environment.About the role:

Providing a wide range of HR support and advice including supporting change projects, Employee Relations and union related activities
Supporting business functions in achieving their objectives through the provision of HR advice and partnership on people issues
Providing advice to leaders to ensure quality outcomes that minimise risk
Supporting key activity around engagement, talent, remuneration and performance
Identifying opportunities to continuously improve HR processes and support the implementation of change initiatives
Providing support in HR-related reporting and insights.

What you will bring to the role:We are looking for a driven HR professional with 3+ years' business experience in an HR role and solid generalist HR knowledge. You will have good commercial acumen and a strong focus on delivering outcomes.
