As our business has grown to meet the post-COVID demand for travel, we need additional support for our broader People function and wider business. This is a great opportunity to take your HR career to the next level and work in a challenging and agile environment.About the role:
  • Providing a wide range of HR support and advice including supporting change projects, Employee Relations and union related activities
  • Supporting business functions in achieving their objectives through the provision of HR advice and partnership on people issues
  • Providing advice to leaders to ensure quality outcomes that minimise risk
  • Supporting key activity around engagement, talent, remuneration and performance
  • Identifying opportunities to continuously improve HR processes and support the implementation of change initiatives
  • Providing support in HR-related reporting and insights.
What you will bring to the role:We are looking for a driven HR professional with 3+ years' business experience in an HR role and solid generalist HR knowledge. You will have good commercial acumen and a strong focus on delivering outcomes.
