- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership, with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with supporting Boards and/or Board Committees, showcasing your understanding of governance processes.
- Solid knowledge of governance principles and a broad understanding of project management.
- Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal), ensuring clear and concise information delivery.
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in digital communication tools.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, every time.
- Provide seamless administrative support to the Director Corporate Services, ensuring the smooth execution of their duties.
- Manage all travel arrangements for Auckland and Wellington staff, securing optimal pricing and itineraries.
- Oversee the Auckland office, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring a well-equipped and functional workspace.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare briefing materials, and maintain organised documentation for effective communication.
- Ensure the utmost confidentiality of sensitive information and documentation.
- Internal project administration when required.
- Provide backup support to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive with Board-related activities as required.
