Dentons is a full service commercial law firm, and the world's largest global law firm with offices in over 80 countries and 160 locations across the globe.The RoleOur Financial Markets team are looking for an experienced lawyer to join their national team.Our Financial Markets team led by Catriona Grover and David Ireland (rated Band 1 for financial services by Chambers and Partners) is one of the leading providers of legal services to the financial markets sector. The team's expertise covers all aspects of funds management law (including KiwiSaver), insurance, FinTech, financial adviser law and all financial services regulation. Our clients range from some of New Zealand's largest banks, insurers and fund managers to niche providers and start-ups.This is the perfect next step for the right person with at least 7 years' of experience to join a top tier-firm, in a senior role where you will become a leader within our Financial Markets team. You will have the natural ability to work collaboratively in a high performing team and have big aspirations to build a career as a recognised expert in the financial markets practice area. You want to be part of a team of lawyers who take their work seriously but enjoy what they do, and enjoy building relationships with their clients.
