You'll spend most of your time on the floor-leading by example, giving clear direction, and ensuring our workflow & throughput runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This is a role where you'll connect with your team daily, drive results, and create a positive, high-performing culture.Te Mahi / Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and support team members to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Communicate daily plans clearly and ensure everyone understands their role
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and address non-compliance immediately
  • Monitor workflow, quality, and yield, making adjustments where needed
  • Champion continuous improvement and better ways of working
