- Drive enrolment growth across NZ’s central North Island
- AT program pipeline: Manage the national lead pipeline for Accounting Technician members and the AT program
- Relationship Management: Engage with employers and educational institutions to grow awareness and participation in CA ANZ programs, mentor and coach CA ANZ student representative cohort to build on campus brand awareness
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Brand and Marketing to run targeted campaigns aligned with key segments.
- Account Coordination: Work with Account Managers to ensure a unified approach to employer engagement.
- Event Management: Organise and promote large-scale career events, including university fairs and speaker programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent CA ANZ at various events and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Data & Insights: Provide timely input for engagement strategies and use digital tools and data to inform decisions.
- Education Sector Knowledge: understanding of the student and university landscape, including the education system will be highly regarded
- Digital Fluency: Ability to leverage digital tools, data, and AI insights to drive engagement and decision-making.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to coach and influence diverse audiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong relationship management skills across all levels—employers, educators, students, and internal teams.
- Event & Campaign Management: Experience in planning and executing large-scale events and targeted marketing campaigns that achieve organisational enrolment goals
- Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading teams and working collaboratively in high-performing, purpose-driven environments.
- Adaptability and Flexibility- this role will require someone to have a full, clean driving licence and flexibility to work outside of core hours and occasional weekends to deliver best in class events
- A hybrid working model with regular connection days in our Hamilton office
- Two additional CA leave days over the Christmas closure period
