
Sales & Marketing Executive

- Liaise with local printers and ensure files are print-ready, coordinating production and delivery of marketing materials.
- Manage and update multiple social media accounts, responding to community messages daily to ensure guest satisfaction and protect the hotel’s reputation.
- Support marketing campaigns, EDMs, paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads), promotions, and other digital initiatives.
- Manage the hotel’s official website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-optimised, and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging digital tools to inform and enhance marketing strategies.
- Ensure the hotel consistently embodies and complies with brand guidelines across all touchpoints by conducting regular brand audits and updating third-party websites and hotel listings with accurate content.
- Assist in planning and executing events, activations, and partnerships to drive brand visibility.
- Act as the face of the Sales & Marketing team to internal stakeholders, building strong relationships with other hotel departments.
- Coordinate and support sales activities, including preparing BEOs, run sheets, proposals, reports, rand client communications (1 day per week).
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting to support the Sales & Marketing team.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury industry.
- Basic photography and videography skills (mobile phone-based; professional camera experience is a bonus).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Meta Business Suite (essential), Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
- Experience and passion for creating social media content in all formats, with a focus on short-form video.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong analytical skills to assess digital campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences through digital marketing.
- Ability to deliver luxury brand experiences consistently across all marketing and guest touchpoints.
