You'll be ensuring projects are completed within time and budget constraints, managing contractors, preparing resource consents and report writing. Civil Design will be a key element of this role including earthworks, roading, drainage, water supply and storm water quality.To be successful in this role, you will need the following attributes and skills:

BE Civil with CPENG
A minimum of 6 years experience within New Zealand
Experienced in designing both residential and commercial/industrial developments
Proven leadership skills
Highly experienced in Civil Design and project management
Effective relationship building and conflict resolution skills

In addition to the above, you'll be a driven and results focused individual with initiative and the ability to work under pressure. You're an effective communicator and have excellent numerical reasoning and analytical skills. Excellent computer skills are essential and experience with 12d or Civil 3D would be a distinct advantage.
