- Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences tailored to their flooring needs
- Helping customers to select materials and finishes that are appropriate for the application and client preferences
- Measuring, quantifying and pricing
- Working with Account Managers to convert consultations into sales
- Delivering an outstanding client experience, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the consultation, quoting and install process
- Solid background in soft and/or hard flooring in the retail or commercial sector
- Technically capable, understands products and installation
- Sound measuring, quantifying & pricing experience
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Project management experience - organised, detailed with exceptional time management & multitasking abilities.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
