- Lead the execution of medium to large-scale customer programs, ensuring alignment with Nokia's operational and project management methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, proactively managing changes to cost, scope, schedule, and quality.
- Oversee project financial performance, ensuring delivery within budget and profitability forecasts.
- Act as the primary liaison between our customers and project teams, addressing concerns and adapting to evolving requirements.
- Conduct thorough risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
- Facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Support pre-sales and sales initiatives, contributing to the development of project delivery approaches.
- Lead and mentor the project team, fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring successful project closure and handover.
- 5-8 years of extensive project management experience in a telecommunications or technology environment
- Proven track record of managing medium to large customer contracts with complex project requirements
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, particularly PM@Nokia
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and profitability forecasting
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business management)
- Experience in pre-sales and sales processes within the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with risk management practices and the ability to identify new business opportunities
