  • Provide specialist Oncology nursing care and expertise both in direct care delivery, and mentoring staff so they gain Oncology knowledge and skill
  • Work across the organisation acting in the roles of clinician, educator, consultant, researcher, leader/change agent and care coordinator/case manager in the pursuit of clinical excellence and improved health outcomes
  • This is a full-time position, and the successful applicant will work rostered days Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, exact times to be negotiated

  • Proven clinical credibility
  • Excellent group facilitation skills and advanced communication techniques such as conflict resolution, diffusion and mediation skills
  • Organisational and time management skills, in addition to a professional can do attitude in line with our values
  • Minimum of three years practice in haematology nursing, and advanced haematology knowledge and skills
  • Either hold or be working towards post graduate qualification at a minimum of a diploma or/and a master's degree
