Provide specialist Oncology nursing care and expertise both in direct care delivery, and mentoring staff so they gain Oncology knowledge and skill
Work across the organisation acting in the roles of clinician, educator, consultant, researcher, leader/change agent and care coordinator/case manager in the pursuit of clinical excellence and improved health outcomes
This is a full-time position, and the successful applicant will work rostered days Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, exact times to be negotiated

Proven clinical credibility
Excellent group facilitation skills and advanced communication techniques such as conflict resolution, diffusion and mediation skills
Organisational and time management skills, in addition to a professional can do attitude in line with our values
Minimum of three years practice in haematology nursing, and advanced haematology knowledge and skills
Either hold or be working towards post graduate qualification at a minimum of a diploma or/and a master's degree
