Do you have a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills? If so, we want to hear from you!We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Hobsonville from 8th September until 17th October. In this role, you will assist customers over the phone and online, process orders, and use your science knowledge to support customer enquiries.What You'll Do:
  • Receive and enter sales orders into our system
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries
  • Provide outstanding customer service and technical assistance
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For:
  • A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Science (or a related field)
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong data entry and organisational skills
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and efficiency
