At thl, we believe that anywhere is possible.About the Opportunity:We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Coordinator to join our Auckland based Commercial team. This role supports the achievement of revenue objectives within thl's rentals New Zealand and Australian Campervan Rental businesses by delivering reporting, analysis, and recommendations on how to apply our revenue strategies. You will also assist with the implementation of pricing decisions and management of bookings and products through our reservation management system.About You:

You're passionate about tourism and committed to enabling unforgettable experiences. Industry experience is a plus.

Experience with booking or order systems is ideal, and you enjoy being the go-to for troubleshooting support.

Your Responsibilities:You'll report directly to the Commercial Manager - ANZ and be a part of a high performing team, operating in a high paced environment. We work collaboratively across our business to drive revenue performance. This is a huge opportunity for the right person with plenty of potential for further development. Key responsibilities include:

Preparing insight and analysis in relation to pricing and revenue management as well as for our sales and booking functions. You will ensure our ongoing understanding of performance relative to targets while monitoring and communicating market dynamics.
Supporting the implementation of revenue strategy. This includes implementing regular pricing updates and assisting with promotional offers in a timely and effective way.
Supporting the administration of pricing, products and bookings through the thl Reservation Management System. This includes providing troubleshooting support for users of the system.
