- Lead and manage a team of 8 to achieve sales targets
- Achieve profitable and sustainable growth of the branch
- Providing exceptional and quality service to all customers
- Work with the Internal Stakeholders to continually improve stock availability and inventory controls
- Identify new business opportunities therefore expanding our customer base
- Promote a team culture that encourages a positive and motivated working environment
- Financial and inventory reporting in order to track & identify and implement plans to improve store performance
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring staff including recruitment and performance management processes
- A genuine interest in the design industry with good attention to detail
- Experience in a consultative retail environment - A passion for customer service excellence
- Proven experience in full end to end financial management of a store operation
- A motivated, goal focused persona - you work well as a team & alone!
- Full drivers licence required
