He angitūtanga / The opportunity:As a Front Desk Attendant at the Qantas Lounge, you'll be part of a team that creates a relaxing and welcoming environment for guests. You'll manage check-ins, provide flight information, and deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Qantas brand.Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check-in guests according to lounge access entitlements.
  • Provide flight information and respond to customer requests professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and public areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth lounge operations.
  • Attend training sessions and support team development.
He kōrero mōu / About you:
  • Experience in customer service or front desk roles.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work early, late, and weekend shifts.
  • Physically fit with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Able to pass police, MOJ, and AVSEC clearances; NZQA Food Handling and Barista certificates are a plus.
