At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to empowering whānau to thrive.He kōrero mō te tūranga | The RoleAs a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects which could range from business transformation and technology initiatives to HR processes and service delivery improvements. Your main goal is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, building strong stakeholder relationships.Key responsibilities include:
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Shape project strategies to align with organisational goals.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximise project outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop PMO team members
The salary offered for this role is $106,323.68 - $119,901.67 per annum (placement within this band is based on qualifications and experience).He kōrero mōu | About YouWe are looking to hear from people who have the following:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Management)
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or similar)
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management roles
  • Proven track record managing complex project portfolios with successful outcomes
  • Extensive experience engaging with stakeholders, including senior executives
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
