Supporting senior partners in their Corporate team, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to build strong client and team relationships.Key responsibilities include:Liaising directly with clients, organising meetings and events, and managing communication on file matters.Coordinating business development and marketing initiatives, including client reporting.Managing monthly billing processes and preparing file status reports.Drafting and preparing loan and financing documents, reports, statements, and presentations.Overseeing document and file management within the firm's dedicated system.Skills & ExperienceWe're looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running with prior experience in a professional services or legal environment.
