We're seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Clinical & Quality Manager to lead clinical excellence, drive continuous improvement, and support care teams across multiple sites.This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic and operational leadership role where your expertise will shape the quality of care delivered to residents. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical coaching, mentoring, and support to Care Home Managers, Clinical Services Managers, and Registered Nurses.
  • Lead quality assurance, risk management, and compliance activities to ensure audit readiness and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse clinical data and indicators to identify trends and implement evidence-based strategies.
  • Champion best practice in clinical care, including interRAI assessments and the use of clinical systems.
  • Support complaint investigations, health checks, and corrective action planning.
  • Lead clinical projects that improve resident outcomes and operational efficiency.
