Te whiwhinga mahi: The opportunityWe have an exciting new opportunity for a part-time Programme Support – Smoking Cessation superstar to provide administrative support to the Smoking Cessation team. Based in Hamilton and reporting to the Smoking Cessation and Screening Lead, this key role will work
alongside our team of health professionals as well as our GP colleagues, Iwi partners and other community providers.In this role you will be responsible for managing referrals to the Smoking Cessation team, booking appointments, providing administrative support and excellent customer service. Be involved in promoting the service at events, workplaces and within the community.This is a part time fixed-term role until June 2027.He kōrero mōu: About you
  • A minimum of Level 2 NCEA and/or customer service training.
  • Customer service experience, preferably within primary health care.
  • Current full drivers license.
  • Ability to multi-task and have good organisation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Office 365 products and competency using video conferencing (e.g. Microsoft Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, Teams, Zoom).
