You will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking team.The RoleAs an Accounts Receivable officer, you will report directly to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader & Finance controller and will be part of a team of 7. You will be responsible for the following:

Manage a high volume of Accounts receivable activities including Receipting, credit assessment, debt collection and payment allocations.

Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to resolve any

payment queries.

Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely debt recovery.

Proactively identify any potential credit risks and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate the risks.

Sending invoices and statements

Updating and maintaining all debtors accounts

Perform Bank reconciliation and resolve any reconciliation items.

Processing weekly refunds for cancellation policies

Your Profile:This role will be ideal for a candidate who enjoys a diverse range of tasks & who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment.You will ideally have:

A good understanding of accounts receivable
Intermediates excel skills.
Reconciliation experience
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Task orientated.
