As part of the HW Richardson Group we hold true to the values of family, friendship and fair dealings.We are currently looking for candidates join our chip sealing team to work on a variety of projects across Southland and Otago in multiple roles.We're looking for people with a hardworking, 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to learn, who are happy working in a team environment as well as without supervision. Previous chip sealing experience would be advantageous.The people we are looking for should:

Hold a minimum of Class 2 full license with WTR endorsements (or the ability to obtain these)
Have a clean, valid driver's licence.
Be tidy, energetic and enthusiastic, with good communication skills
Be proactive around Health & Safety
Be keen to progress their career with a great company
Apply a can-do attitude and great communication skills to their day-to-day work
Be physically fit
