You’ll be mixing, loading, and keeping things running smoothly under the guidance of our awesome onsite supervisor.Whether you’ve worked in asphalt before or have experience in other plant operations, we’re keen to hear from you. We’re all about quality and safety—and we need reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic operators to help us grow. No experience? No worries! We’ll train the right person from the ground up.In addition to the above, you will:

Help in the running of the asphalt production and silo loading process
Taking pride in maintaining plant equipment and machinery
Keeping things safe, efficient, and on point
Building great relationships with customers
Handling paperwork like a pro (permits, daily records—you’ve got this!)

To be successful in this role, you will:

A mechanical mind and a can-do attitude
Willingness to learn and take ownership
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Great communication and teamwork vibes
Loader experience & Wheels Endorsement preferred, but not essential
