What We're Looking For:✅ Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
✅ Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
✅ Excellent work ethic and team attitude
✅ Reliable transport and tools
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Must have a clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) background check
- Proven experience in commercial carpentry (minimum 3+ years preferred)
- Must hold relevant trade qualification
