We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to play a vital role in fostering positive relationships between store owners, the public and the community within Auckland CBD. You'll engage with businesses and residents, providing excellent customer service by resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a calm, professional manner. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth interactions, promoting understanding and maintaining a positive, supportive environment for Tamaki Makaurau.Key details:
  • ASAP start – must be available immediately
  • 6 month assignment length
  • $30 per hour + 8% holiday pay
  • Based in Auckland CBD
The hours:You need to be available to work on a fortnightly rotating roster. Weekend work is required in this position. You will be rostered to work 6 days one week, and 4 days the next week. Shifts are between 8 - 10 hours, total 80 hours per fortnight. Opportunities for overtime tooSnapshot of role:
  • Walking through the community monitoring the public and address concerns
  • Responding to incidents safely and efficiently

About you:This is a front facing role interacting with members of the community. You will need to be confident speaking with a variety of people and have experience in managing conflict.
Key stills required include:
  • You must have a full NZ drivers license
  • Brings the right attitude everyday and a real people person
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid customer service background
  • Must be a great team player
  • Being comfortable standing and walking for long periods of time
