
Solution Delivery Specialist

- Design and deliver secure, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions that align with our Digital Blueprint and business goals.
- Work closely with development and business teams to deliver fit-for-purpose, unified and integrated solutions for our Red Cross people.
- Translate business needs into technical outcomes - and help make them real.
- Build robust integrations across systems and platforms, with an eye on reusability and future flexibility.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, vendors, and project managers to keep delivery moving.
- Contribute to data migration, transformation, and testing activities.
- Provide technical input into business requirements, non-functional requirements, and solution validation.
- Share knowledge, support capability building, and help us continuously improve how we work.
- 5+ years in solution design, systems integration, or technical delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure).
- Experience across the full delivery lifecycle - from discovery to deployment.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Exposure to business analysis, project coordination, and change delivery.
- Bonus points for experience with data architecture, migration, and testing.
- A practical problem-solver who loves turning complexity into clarity.
