  • Design and deliver secure, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions that align with our Digital Blueprint and business goals.
  • Work closely with development and business teams to deliver fit-for-purpose, unified and integrated solutions for our Red Cross people.
  • Translate business needs into technical outcomes - and help make them real.
  • Build robust integrations across systems and platforms, with an eye on reusability and future flexibility.
  • Collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, vendors, and project managers to keep delivery moving.
  • Contribute to data migration, transformation, and testing activities.
  • Provide technical input into business requirements, non-functional requirements, and solution validation.
  • Share knowledge, support capability building, and help us continuously improve how we work.
Who are we looking for? - Mā‎ wai te mahi nei?To be successful you will have:
  • 5+ years in solution design, systems integration, or technical delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure).
  • Experience across the full delivery lifecycle - from discovery to deployment.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Exposure to business analysis, project coordination, and change delivery.
  • Bonus points for experience with data architecture, migration, and testing.
