We are looking for someone that can be a trusted advisor to the organisation, to develop plans and implement initiatives and to cultivate a culture that encourages ownership and continuous improvement in health, safety and well-being.Applicants should have at least 10 years' experience in health and safety, with a relevant qualification and management experience.A strong health and safety skill set is critical for this role, as is the ability to influence for outcomes. You will be involved in planning, reviewing and implementing health safety and wellness initiatives as well as providing advice to employees and managers at all levels. More importantly, however, you will need:

excellent oral and written communication
the ability to operate independently as well as part of a team
strong organisational skills
