We're growing our Health & Safety consulting team and have two exciting opportunities available - H&S Team Manager and Senior H&S Consultant.Health & Safety Team Manager - Christchurch, Invercargill, Auckland, Tauranga or Taupo (One vacancy)Are you a seasoned H&S professional with leadership experience? This role combines technical expertise with people leadership, offering exposure to strategic client work and team development.Key responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of consultants
Deliver strategic H&S advice and audits
Engage with clients at all levels, including boards
Drive innovation and continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

Advanced H&S technical knowledge
Proven leadership and mentoring experience
Strong client advisory and relationship-building skills

Senior Health & Safety Consultant - Christchurch, Invercargill, Auckland, Tauranga or Taupo (One vacancy)This role is ideal for a trusted advisor ready to take the lead on client projects and mentor others. You'll deliver tailored H&S solutions across industries and help shape the future of workplace safety.Key responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and deliver H&S plans, audits, and wellness strategies
Mentor junior consultants and support team development
Contribute to business growth and innovation
