You're an experienced delivery professional who thrives on leading complex initiatives from concept to completion. With a strong background in agile project management and a solid understanding of IT environments and the software development lifecycle, you know how to keep projects on track and teams focused on outcomes. You're a confident communicator and problem solver who builds strong relationships with stakeholders, guiding them through change and ensuring delivery goals are met. Your ability to plan effectively, manage risk, and support your team to overcome challenges means you're trusted to deliver results in fast-paced and dynamic environments. You will be an experienced digital delivery professional with at 7+ years experience in IT project or programme delivery, as well as have:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of IT environments and the software development lifecycle
  • Proven sucess in the delivery of IT business change projects/programmes using agile or hybrid methodologies
  • A high degree of Commercial and Financial literacy to manage budgets, forecasts and associated processes.
  • Bachelor's degree (NZQA Level 7)
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SaFE)
