We're looking for a Logistics Team Leader to join our high-performing team and help us deliver excellence across our supply chain.About the RoleAs our Logistics Team Leader, is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be managing two drivers and overseeing the movement of goods in and out of our site. You'll be managing the yard, coordinating transport, and ensuring accuracy of stock and inventory control. You'll play a key role in driving performance, fostering a strong safety culture, and continuously improving processes.Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team while overseeing the accurate picking, packing, and coordination of daily transport logistics to meet operational targets
Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities
Monitor inventory accuracy and support stock control processes
Identify and implement process improvements
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service

About You

Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Strong numeracy skills paired with a proactive, hands-on approach and a continuous improvement mindset
Valid Forklift Licence and Class 2 Driver's Licence required
