You'll use your experience, insight, and problem-solving skills to review complex issues and deliver practical solutions to clients. This is more than compliance work it's a chance to be involved in exciting projects, build client relationships, and mentor and support team members as they grow.Key responsibilities:
- Preparing financial statements under NZ IFRS and/or NZ IPSAS frameworks
- Completing income tax returns and monthly management reporting
- Providing systems support and practical advice to clients
- Building strong client relationships and delivering strategic solutions
- Offering leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members
- Supporting a variety of special projects
- CA or CPA qualification
- 3+ years' experience in a CA environment
- People leadership experience
- Strong understanding of IFRS and/or IPSAS
