As an Intermediate - Senior BAS Accountant, you'll have 2-6 years of accounting experience. If you're ambitious, curious, and ready to make an impact then this opportunity will enable you to advance your professional growth progress your career.As an Intermediate - Senior Accountant, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other statutory reports. You'll work closely with clients to provide tailored business advisory services. You'll oversee the preparation and filing of GST, FBT, PAYE, and other IRD returns, and assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, contribute to internal process improvements, and liaise with clients to resolve complex issues. Your ability to manage multiple clients and projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness will be key to your success in this role.It is vital that you have prior New Zealand accounting experience to be successful in this role. Ideally you will be working towards your CA or already have this completed.You will be joining a firm who pride themselves on excellence and are a top practice.
