- Manage and coordinate BIM processes at project level
- Complete and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans
- Work with subcontractors to ensure BIM compliance
- Administer and manage model federation, clash detection, and data environments
- Oversee 4D presentations, technical model reviews, and model viewer platforms (Trimble Connect & Revizto)
- Collaborate closely with Design Managers, Surveyors, and Revit Technicians
- Proven experience managing BIM on commercial construction projects within New Zealand
- Strong Revit and ACC capability; experience with Trimble Connect & Revizto
- Good working knowledge of construction drawings across all disciplines
- Tertiary construction qualification preferred
