✅ Build strong relationships with stakeholders and the community
✅ Ensure person-centred, culturally responsive services
✅ Drive staff development and operational excellence
✅ Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.What You'll Bring:✔ 2+ years' management experience in mental health
✔ Relevant qualification and/or HPCA Act or DAPAANZ registration
✔ Strong communicator and relationship builder
✔ Budgeting, resource management, and strategic thinking skillsApplicants must have the legal right to work in NZ.

  • Proven experience in a management or leadership role in the mental health or social services sector (at least two years).
  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or hold current registration under the HPCA Act or DAPAANZ.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with whānau, staff, and stakeholders.
  • An in-depth understanding and knowledge of the community mental health and wellbeing and/or social services sector in New Zealand.
  • A person-centred approach, with a focus on empowerment and cultural competence.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and operational performance.
  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals and whānau.
