- Assist in managing contracts to meet quality, time, and financial objectives.
- Monitor performance against project frameworks, ensuring compliance and proactive issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
- Anticipate challenges, resolve issues early, and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Promote safe and sustainable practices, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Proven project engineering experience within the construction industry, ideally with a contracting organisation
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of contract management and project delivery processes.
- Track record of fostering safety, quality, and environmental excellence.
- Demonstrated leadership skills that empower and develop others.
- Flexibility to travel and work on projects outside the region if required.
