This role will see you get involved with project financial planning/project set up, working with project and site managers to understand construction methodologies, tender management, managing subcontractors claims, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. Client engagement, site visits and HSE are all part of this role.Skills required :

These roles would suit applicants with proven experience in managing high-value construction projects for a main contractor, including any design and build experience.
Essential; Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, and or a National Certificate in Carpentry or equivalent trade certification.
Desirable; Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM).You possess great sub-contractor relationship development and management skills.
Proven experience in managing high-value construction projects from inception to completion.
You enjoy driving profitability on jobs and have a sharp eye for identifying any variations.
Your contractual knowledge is sound and can point to relevant legislation.
You are a team player and are able to add value as a team member through your individuality.
