This role manages projects from job sign-up through to final installation, ensuring efficient planning, coordination of materials and labour, and client communication. The Project Coordinator ensures that all residential roofing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.RESPONSIBILITIES

Review consented plans for each job to ensure compliance and identify any changes to what was quoted.
Create tailored project plans tailored for each job’s unique specifications.
Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure smooth project execution.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Allocate and manage in-house teams and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
Work alongside the Site Manager to resolve onsite topics
Ensure all contractors are prequalified to meet health and safety standards.

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience in roofing, construction, or a related industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Expertise in project planning/coordination, including the creation and management of timelines, schedules, and resource allocation for labour, materials, and equipment.
Strong understanding of building codes and the ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
