- Lead, mentor, and support our dealer network to deliver exceptional service and sales performance.
- Identify new dealership opportunities and execute strategies to expand Fuso's parts, service, and contract offerings.
- Monitor dealer performance, implement KPIs, and provide hands-on support to optimize operations.
- Organize and deliver dealer training, ensuring teams are equipped with the latest product knowledge and industry best practices.
- Act as a Fuso brand ambassador, promoting excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction across the network.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and dealer performance to drive data-driven decisions.
- Strong knowledge of aftersales processes and the automotive or HCV repair industry.
- Proven experience in dealer relationship management, performance optimisation, or network development.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data analysis tools.
- Holds a valid Class 1 driver's license.
